UDS Mud Pump Pistons are made from either alloy steel and high-grade HNB rubber, or dual-bonded urethane and high-grade HNB rubber.

Using HNB rubber in the manufacture of the Piston improves the wear and longevity of the product.

UDS can custom manufacture any size Mud Pump Piston to meet your needs using its CNC machining technology and urethane casts. 

UDS Piston assemblies conform to PI 6, API 7, and API 8 specifications, and can be used with oil and water-based drilling fluids.
